Founded in 1992 and listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market in April 2024, we bridge the gap between creative design and commercial production, serving brand owners, apparel sourcing agents, and online fashion retailers across Europe, North America, and beyond.

Our Heritage
Neo-Concept began as a modest trading company in Hong Kong in 1992, founded by Ms. Eva Siu with a clear vision: to connect the craftsmanship of Asian manufacturing with the design sensibilities of Western fashion markets. What started as a small-scale sourcing operation has evolved into a publicly listed, multi-faceted enterprise with a proprietary retail brand, a global client roster, and a reputation for reliability that spans three decades.
Our journey to the NASDAQ in April 2024 marked a pivotal milestone — not an end, but a new beginning.
